About Chocolates of the World Chocolate is universally loved and symbolic of comfort, enjoyment, entertainment, and hospitality in many different cultures. This elegant evening includes entertainment, fine food, and a Silent Auction. As the highlight of the evening, guests can sample a variety of unique chocolate desserts created by award-winning pastry chefs and chocolate artists. Attendees will judge the desserts and choose the winning chef. All proceeds benefit the International Visitor Corps of Jacksonville. It is fitting that a celebration of chocolate, the international food of love, enjoyment, comfort, and hospitality, should be the setting for a major fundraising event to benefit an organization dedicated to international understanding and citizen diplomacy. |
